  • I can’t believe the listing broker is only offering that amount.
  • I’m sick of these ‘discount’ brokers charging less, and then they don’t have a ‘normal’ co-op.
  • These builders are ridiculous with what they’re offering; I’m telling my buyers to avoid their communities.
  • I will not work for less than the ‘customary’ amount, so I’m sure not going to show any house offering less.

There are countless rumors and myths in the industry and society about what Brokers receive as compensation. Do ‘discount Brokers’ provide limited service? Does the Brokerage relationship determine what is charged? And what are we doing with ALL THESE CHANGES IN OUR FORMS?
