The misinformed rumors and chatter continue….

  • “This is all NAR’s fault.”
  • “I’m not showing a listing unless I know I’ll get paid.”
  • “Hopefully a lot of Brokers leave the business now that the ‘standard’ commission is gone.”
  • “My buyers won’t look at properties if they have to pay the difference.”
  • “You must have a signed ‘buyer agency’ before you can show a house.”
  • “What about my commission? I expect my ‘normal’ amount!”
  • “I can tell my sellers to not pay the buyer’s agent.”

Be well-versed, educated, and do NOT participate in the spread of incompetency (a.k.a. stupidity).  Let’s fill out Listing Contracts for success and avoid the risk of additional problems.
