Dates: June 27th through August 18th, 2022
Meeting Times: 6:00-10:00 p.m., Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
Location: NCCRE – 6028 Stallion Drive, Loveland 80538 (just east of I-25 on Crossroads Blvd, west of Nordy’s BBQ)

The Associate Broker Pre-licensing Course includes a basic introduction of Real Estate, law and practice, Colorado contracts and regulations, trust accounts and record keeping, current legal issues, closing and practical applications.  This is the required course to get your Broker Associate license.

The course consists of a complete and thorough understanding of real estate through a comprehensive text, the Real Estate manual, and in-class instruction and presentations. NCCRE also uses a variety of practice exams that are unique to our school to prepare you for the Real Estate exam. Students will be graded on a pass/fail basis and all tests will be graded in class. In addition, study materials will be given to help you further understand the materials. By the end of the course, you will be well prepared to pass the licensing exam.

**A refrigerator, microwave and water cooler are available for students to use.
