February 7th, What’s New in Forms & Contracts at RMA for FREE!

Every year, you can count on the forms committee making changes to various forms, and even more exciting, they create new forms. Let’s review the policies surrounding form changes in general, our liability, practical tips, and how to avoid risk.  In 2023, we have changes to the Exclusive Right to Sell Listing Contract, the Exclusive Right to Buy Listing Contract, all three Seller Property Disclosures, and we have a new form – a Lease Assignment.  There are other changes as well that will be briefly mentioned. Join me for this 3 hour class, and receive 3 elective CE credits.

***Please note the Colorado Real Estate Commission requires all Brokers to be competent in all Contracts and Forms.
