10/8/2020 2020 ACU (CREC Mandatory Update) VIRTUALLY

Get it before it’s gone, and as always, the case studies in the Annual Commission Update will not disappoint you. There are many new rules, new forms, new requirements, oh my! Several changes in statute, minor changes in Broker Relationships, reminders regarding trust accounts (will this subject ever get off of the naughty list?), a brief overview of the forms changes and new forms (so yes, you need a separate Contracts class), a review of the handling of private information, rules regarding our marketing materials, changes in property management rules (even if you’re a landlord), and more! Join us for this required 4-hour class and receive 4 CE credits.

***Please note the Colorado Real Estate Commission strongly encourages all Brokers to take a separate class regarding the 2020 Contracts and Forms changes, as the ACU does not go into great detail. Brokers are required to be competent on all Contracts and Forms under Rule F.
