Every year, you can count on the forms committee making changes to various forms, and even more exciting, they create new ones! Let’s review Rule 7 regarding Standard Forms, the policies surrounding form changes in general, our liability, practical tips, and how to avoid risk.  In 2024, we will have changes to the Contract to Buy and Sell (four out of five of them), the Exclusive Right to Sell Listing Contract, all three Seller’s Property Disclosures, all of the Manufactured Homes forms, the Earnest Money Receipt, the Notice to Terminate….and more!  Plus, we have a couple new forms to add to our list of options. Join me for this 3 hour class, and receive 3 elective CE credits.

***Please note the Colorado Real Estate Commission requires all Brokers to be competent in all Contracts and Forms.
