Keep those New Year Resolutions and set your goals high!  The Annual Commission Update (CREC Mandatory Update) is the required course every year.  As always, the case studies in the Annual Commission Update will not disappoint you.  This year’s exciting list of topics includes a brief overview of 2024 form changes and a new form, compliance issues  in continuing education audits, the overall lack of supervision which leads to competency concerns, new statutes and so much more!  Join us for this required 4-hour class and receive 4 CE credits.

***Please note the Colorado Real Estate Commission requires all Brokers to be competent in all Contracts and Forms. The ACU is not a Contracts and Forms class.
