Every year, you can count on the forms committee making changes to various forms, and even more exciting, they create new forms. Let’s review the policies surrounding form changes in general, our liability, practical tips, and how to avoid risk. In 2026, we have many changes, including to all 6 of the Contracts to Buy and Sell, all 4 of the Exclusive Right Listing Contracts, and all 3 of the Seller Property Disclosures, plus much more. And, to keep us on our toes, we have 2 new forms for Manufactured Homes. There are additional changes as well that will be briefly mentioned. Join me for this 3 hour class, and receive 3 elective CE credits.
