03/10 – 03/27 2025: DAY COURSE Associate Broker Pre-Licensing Program

Dates:  March 10th through March 27th, 2025
Meeting Times: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, 9:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. (30 minute lunch break)
Location: NCCRE, 1635 Foxtrail Drive, Loveland (just off I-25 and Hwy 34)

After you have registered (please register regardless of payment type), the weekend before the course begins an orientation email will be sent to all enrollees.

The Associate Broker Pre-licensing Course includes a basic introduction of Real Estate, law and practice, Colorado contracts and regulations, trust accounts and record keeping, current legal issues, closing and practical applications. After completing the program, students will be prepared for the National and Colorado exams which are required to pursue a license in Colorado. In addition to providing all of the textbooks and materials, we also offer on-line exam prep programs, which include an endless number of practice questions for the exams.  In essence, you receive the best of both worlds – in-person instruction with on-line resources. Students will be graded on a pass/fail basis after completing the course.

***All materials and practice exams are provided and included in registration fee. Classroom offers a refrigerator, microwave and water cooler for students to use.
