  • I can’t believe the listing broker is only offering that amount.
  • I’m sick of these discount brokers charging less, and then they don’t have a normal co-op.

  • I will not work for less than the customary amount, so I’m sure not going to show any house offering less.

There are countless rumors and myths in the industry about what Brokers charge their Clients, and what those fees mean in the transaction.  Do “discount Brokers” provide limited service? Does the Brokerage relationship determine what is charged? Can commissions be addressed in the Contract? We will dive into all of these questions, along with tackling the challenges of negotiating compensation.  1 CE credit
