**FULL** 10/2/2023 – 10/19/2023: DAY COURSE Associate Broker Pre-Licensing

Dates:  October 2nd thru 19th, 2023
Meeting Times: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, 9:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. (30 minute lunch break)
Location: NCCRE 6028 Stallion Drive, Loveland 80538 (just east of I-25 on Crossroads Blvd)

The Associate Broker Pre-licensing Course includes a basic introduction of Real Estate, law and practice, Colorado contracts and regulations, trust accounts and record keeping, current legal issues, closing and practical applications. After completing the program, students will be prepared for the National and Colorado exams which are required to pursue a license in Colorado. In addition to providing all of the textbooks and materials, we also offer on-line exam prep programs, which include an endless number of practice questions for the exams.  In essence, you receive the best of both worlds – in-person instruction with on-line resources. Students will be graded on a pass/fail basis after completing the course.

***Classroom offers a refrigerator, microwave and water cooler for students to use.
