2022 brought all kinds of hopes and promises….including a TON of changes to several of our CREC forms, particularly in the Contract to Buy and Sell (we’re up to 20 pages – woo hoo!). There are a few changes that could definitely cause issues, so we will discuss some risk reduction as well. Plus, we will be getting a couple new forms. Join us for this 3 hour class, and receive 3 elective CE credits.
