Wouldn’t you know it…..they changed the Contract to Buy and Sell again, effective as of July 1st, because of a change in statute. So get up to speed – no matter how long you’ve been in the business, it’s always good to have a refresher, especially when the 2019 changes have just been released! How many Contracts are there? (Hint – more than one!) There are some fairly significant changes coming our way in 2019, not just to the Contract to Buy and Sell, but to several other forms, including the Square Footage Disclosure and Notice to Terminate. Plus, there’s a new form! We will cover these subjects and more!
