This Contracts class takes an up-close look at the Sections of the Contract that specifically relate to title issues, and also identifies our role in working with title companies. Not to mention all of the horror stories in the title world, from loan fraud, survey problems, FIRPTA and wire fraud! Let’s write Contracts for success instead of setting them up for problems down the road.  3 CE credits
