About the Northern Colorado College of Real Estate

The Northern Colorado College of Real Estate is privately owned and solely operated by an experienced local real estate professional, Charity Vermeer, and is not affiliated with any real estate company. The school has been serving the Northern Colorado region since 1980. The NCCRE is approved and regulated by the Division of Private Occupational Schools, the Department of Higher Education and the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.

Having been a resident in Northern Colorado since 1977, Charity is a firm believer in supporting not only the real estate industry, but also the local communities. The NCCRE and Charity have sponsored, partnered with and volunteered for numerous non-profit organizations, including Neighbor to Neighbor, Habitat for Humanity, Garth Englund Blood Center, Restoration Now, Larimer and Weld County Food Banks, Child Safe, Larimer and Weld County animal shelters/rescue facilities, Realities for Children, Unify NoCo, Rotary Club, Colorado Association of REALTORS Foundation, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and many more charitable pillars in the region.

Customer Reviews

“Great school! I took the night class. After working all day I was worried that I wouldn’t retain the information. I thought I’d be falling asleep. But I found the instructors to be engaging and very informative. They shared their years of experience with each topic of focus. The result: I passed both the state and national tests the first attempt!!! NCCRE really prepares you for the tests! And the personal stories the instructors shared prepare you for real life real estate! Real Estate for Real People…like me…” Read More
